  The Hilda Pearce Project Hope was created by a six time cancer survivor and 35 year Canadian Cancer Society volunteer. Her mission was to celebrate the courage of children who have experienced cancer, and their families, through visual media and the written word.

  The Action Centre For Youth provides a drop in where youth are able to gather for support, socialization, and recreation. Youth have access to crisis intervention, counselling and referral services, as well as support groups that help them deal with such issues as anger and addiction.
