By Rail
VIA Rail has two trains providing passenger rail service at three stations in Sudbury.
Trains
The Canadian
VIA's premier trans-continental service between Toronto and Vancouver stops at Sudbury Junction and Capreol Stations. Westbound service is on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Eastbound service is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Lake Superior
Provides day-liner coach and remote transportation services along the CP Rail line between Sudbury and White River, departing Sudbury Station Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
